REFUND/CANCELLATIONS

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS UNLESS THE ITEM IS UNAVAILABLE OR IF THE ITEM IS LOST IN TRANSIT.
 

SHIPPING/DELIVERY


PICK UP
The option to pick up your product is available if you’re local (in Accra, Ghana). Select that option when checking out & we’ll notify you via email/text/call when your product is ready for pick up.


DELIVERY/SHIPPING
Please note, all orders will be processed & delivered within one (1) to three (3) weeks

RETURNS

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be faulty or damaged and must be returned unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

For returns and exchanges, please email orders@shophashim.com. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

CUSTOMS CHARGES

If any customs charges incur, they will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by us.
